The global financial crisis has shocked the economy and will bring a round of business reshuffle.  Manufacturing sectors like petrochemical, chemical, iron & steel, metal and mechanism are likely accelerate M&A.  The industrial pattern will experience adjustment and optimization since new leading companies are growing up.  Premier Wen Jiabao said Chinese government would encourage the M&A progress.
