CSCEC to List on Shanghai Market

China State Construction Engineering Corp. (CSCEC), China's largest construction companyis expected to raise an estimated 42.6 billion yuan when it goes public on Tuesday. It will be the biggest IPO since 2008 and the country's fifth biggest ever. CSCEC had already signaled their intention and won approval to list on the exchange back in 2008, but were forced to wait after the China Securities Regulatory Commission introduced a moratorium on IPOs towards the end of last year.
