Guangzhou Auctions Government Land Set Aside for Affordable Housing
Guangzhou municipal government has re-auctioned two plots of land which had originally been set aside for an affordable housing program aimed at making homes more affordable for middle-and-low income families. The two plots sold for 241 million yuan and will now be developed as mixed commercial and residential projects.
