China's Reserves of U.S. Bonds Down in June
China reduced the amount of U.S. government bonds it holds by 25.1 billion dollars in June 2009, this is the second reduction in three months. The U.S. treasury disclosed on Monday that at the end of June, China held 776.4 billion US dollars worth of U.S.'s government bonds, far below the record high of 801.5 billion US dollars achieved in May.
