Property Sales Booming in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen

The reporters with the Guangzhou Daily investigating the property market of 30 cities found that property sales in 26 cities have increased from that of the same period last year. The sales growth rates of 11 cities have exceeded 50%. Property sales in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen have shot up. This increase represents the second surge in sales since the central government began issuing policies to curb property speculation.
