RMB Loans Increase by 545.2 Billion Yuan in August

According to statistics released by China’s central bank, RMB loans have increased by 545.2 billion yuan in August, which is 134.8 billion yuan more than that of the same period of last year, statistics released by the central bank show. As of the end of August, the loan balance of both RMB and foreign currency was up 18.9% from the level of the same period of last year, while deposits have increased by 19.3%.
