Possible Reform of Central Government's Car Management System

A reporter with the New Express has learned from an anonymous source that the National Development and Reform Commission is considering reforming the way the central government's car pool is managed. Atthis year's National Peoples Congress, the central committee of the Revolutionary Committee of Chinese Kuomintang suggested that that central government establish a rigid budget system related to the management of the government car pool.
