Jia Kang: Tax Reform Should Not Stop with Threshold Adjustments

At the "2010 Accountant of the Year Ceremony," Jia Kang, director of the Institute of Fiscal Finance, warned against limiting tax reforms to threshold increases. He went on to say that reform measures should aim at determining the residents' "real income" in order to implement a more reasonable income tax.
