State Council Releases Contents of Education System Reform Pilot Project

On January 12th, the General Office of the State Council issued a "notice for the national education system reform pilot project." The notice includes details about key areas of reform such as elementary education, vocational training, higher education and non-government funded education. The notice also outlines the responsibilities of provincial governments in overall education reform.
