Huang Shuhe, deputy director of the State-owned Asset Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC), has encouraged centrally-owned enterprises (COEs) to take advantage of the central government's favorable policies to further develop their presence in the country's emerging industries sector, indicating the new emerging sectors might become dominated by state-owned giants in the future.
