Employees of Public Fund Companies may be Allowed to Trade Shares

The draft version of China's Fund Law is currently soliciting feedback from the wider community. According to the draft law, greater supervision will be imposed on privately-owned funds and employees of public fund companies will be permitted to trade shares.
