COEs in Libya Evacuate Workers

Most workers employed by the 13 centrally owned enterprises (COEs) in Libya have been evacuated. According to the State–owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC), the evacuation is the biggest overseas withdraw of COE employees in history. Losses for specific COEs are still being evaluated.
