Embarrassing Mistakes in Report Published by Ministry of Human Resources

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security has attributed mistakes that appeared in its 2010 Annual Report on Open Government to technical errors and has corrected the mistakes online. In what looks like a case of blatant copy and paste, the earlier version of the report contained the line "all the figures in this report were gathered from January 1st, 2010 to December 31, 2009."
