Xi'an Asked to Reset Housing Price Target

The investigation team of the State Council is requiring that Xi'an, the capital of Shaanxi Province, adjust its housing prices targets based on the "interests and recommendations" of locals. Xi'an originally set its housing price target at a 15% increase from last year. Xi'an will not be the only city required to reset targets by the investigation team of the State Council.
