China To Regulate Executive Incomes

China's top economic planner is soliciting opinions on a directive that aims to enhance income regulation at state-owned enterprises. According to those familiar with the details of the plan,it will limit excessively high incomes at some monopoly industries and will be introduced before the end of this year.
