Individuals Prohibited from Buying Multi-sets of Houses in Cities with Skyrocketing Housing Prices

Individuals in cities with skyrocketing housing prices and a shortage of housing are prohibited from buying multi-sets of houses in order to curb the unreasonable rising of housing prices, according to an official with the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (MHURD). MHURD also plans to expose and punish developers who keep properties off the market and purposely drive up housing prices.
