Further Revisions to Land Expropriation and Compensation Law on the Agenda

The State Council is said to be revising the current Land Management Law concerning the expropriation and compensation for collectively-owned land, a reporter with China National Radio learned from an unnamed source. It's said that the revised version will be submitted by the State Council to the Standing Committee of National People's Congress soon.
